Execution of construction works for the task: "Construction of a provincial road (within DW592) bypassing the town of Kętrzyn (Kętrzyn City Bypass)"
1.The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works for the task: "Construction of a provincial road (within DW592) bypassing the town of Kętrzyn (Kętrzyn City Bypass)".
2. The investment in question is located within the administrative boundaries of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in the Kętrzyn poviat, in the Kętrzyn commune.
The scope of the investment includes a section of the newly built provincial road from road No. 591 to provincial road No. 592 through the construction of roundabout intersections. The length of the section is 14.209 km.
The bypass is to connect the existing provincial road No. 591 (directions). Kętrzyn - Mrągowo), through the provincial road No. 594 (Bisztynek - Kętrzyn), the provincial road No. 592 (direction. Bartoszyce – Kętrzyn), voivodeship road No. 591 (direction state border - Kętrzyn) with voivodeship road No. 592 (direction. Kętrzyn – Giżycko).
Target technical parameters of the provincial road in accordance with the design documentation:
- technical class – G (main),
- road category – voivodship,
- design speed – Vp = 70 km/h (50 km/h)
- Reliable speed – Vm = 90 km/h (70 km/h)
- permissible speed – Vdop = 90 km/h (70 km/h, 50 km/h)
- number of carriageways – 1,
- number of lanes – 1 lane for each direction,
- lane width – 3.50 m,
- roadway width – 7,00 m,
- width of ground shoulders – 1.25 m or min. 2 m in places where road barriers occur,
- width of sidewalks – variable 1.5 m - 2.0 m,
- traffic category – KR 4,
- surface load – 115 KN/axle.
