Bodø municipality shall carry out a minor alteration and redecorating of the previous Vollen nursing home in order to use the building for temporary office places whilst the new Bodø Town Hall is being constructed. Those who have their current offices in the existing Town Hall and the previous premises of Norges Bank shall move out and use these premises whilst a new Town Hall is being constructed, in order to co-house the administration in Bodø municipality.

This competition enquiry is for the alteration from a nursing home to an office building with the replacement of the ventilation aggregate. The extent of the heating installations consists of the disassembly of courses for ventilation aggregates and the connection of new aggregates. The extent of the disassembly is in the disassembly drawings that are attached to the tender documentation.

The meeting rooms require a complete upgrade.
