The purpose of this call for tenders is to provide containers and the removal of waste while respecting sorting for the two sites of the School:
- PMC,
-Papers
- Residual waste,
- Glass waste.
The containers described in the price schedule and the quantities set out in the annex are given for information purposes only and may be subject to change according to the needs of the school. Items not included in the attached list can also be ordered. For example, products and services that are part of the company's catalog.
The contract will be executed in accordance with the provisions of these Specifications and its annexes. Any contrary provision not having received the formal approval of the parties, will be considered null and void.
The equipment must be covered by a legal guarantee of conformity according to the relevant European directives.
The services covered by this call for tenders, including any minimum requirements, are described in detail in the tender specifications.
Frequency of waste removal: With regard to the waste removal passage, it must be done according to the type of waste:

Location: The passage for the removal of waste must be done on the two sites of the European School of Brussels 1, namely:

Opening hours: Regarding the waste removal passage, it must be done throughout the year with the exception of the last week of July and the first two weeks of August. During these 3 weeks the school will be closed.
The time of passage during school weeks must be between 8:20 and 11:30 or between 17:30 and 21:00. However, the time of passage outside school periods can be adapted. Please note that during the school holidays the lodges located in Opstalweg and Rue Berkendael 66-70-74 will be closed.
Container rental: The following must be included in the offer, for the two sites of the School:
• Replacement and repair of defective containers.
• Adjustment and/or replacement of mechanisms: castors, gripping elements, opening / closing
• Layout, reinforcement adaptation of handles.
• Security control of the equipment made available. A quarterly check must be made to avoid accidents and for the proper functioning of the containers.
The rental of containers specific to the different types of waste as well as the collection of waste in the different containers is specific for each of the School's sites, and is specified in Annex 3, price schedule.
