The subject of the order is:

1. Supply, installation, configuration of software and hardware, together with warranty and software support, including security subscriptions;

2. Transfer of ownership of the equipment to the awarding entity and release of the equipment together with the installed software to the awarding entity.

1. The subject of the order is:

1.1. Supply, installation, configuration of software and hardware along with warranty and software support, including security subscriptions;

1.2. Transfer of ownership of the equipment to the contracting authority and release of the equipment and the installed software to the contracting authority.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR. After the conclusion of the contract (the contract template is Annex 2 to the ToR) it will constitute Annex 3 to the contract.

3. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide a warranty for the equipment for a minimum period of two years, counting from the date of signing the acceptance protocol without reservations by the contracting authority, referred to in § 4 paragraph 10 of the model contract (Annex 2 to the ToR).
