The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection services from the Lidzbark Warmiński Municipal Municipality, along with equipping nests with containers for selective collection of municipal waste and providing bags for specific properties, as well as the creation and operation of the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (MPSZOK).
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection services from the area of the Lidzbark Warmiński Municipal Municipality together with the equipment of nests with containers
for the separate collection of municipal waste and the provision of bags for specific properties and the creation and operation of the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (MPSZOK).
The waste collected from the town site will be transported to the Department of Komunal Waste Management Sp. z o. with its registered office in Olsztyn, via the nearest locationally transshipment station, i.e. the transshipment station in Medyny.
2. The entire subject of the contract has been divided into the following 3 parts:
1) Part No. 1 - Collection of municipal waste mixed and separately collected
from all inhabited and uninhabited properties from the area of the Municipal Municipality of Lidzbark Warmiński and transport of the above-mentioned waste to the transshipment station
in Medina,
2) Part No. 2 - Establishment and operation of the Municipal Selective Collection Point
Municipal Waste (MPSZOK),
3) Part No. 3 - Nest equipment for selective collection of municipal waste
in containers for selective collection of municipal waste and providing property owners inhabited by up to 4 premises and property owners with uninhabited bags for selective collection of municipal waste with a capacity of up to 4 premises. 120 l.
3. Characteristics of the municipal municipality Lidzbark Warmiński:
In the Municipality of Lidzbark Warmiński as of 05.09.2023 there are registered
14 392 people.
4. The expected amount of total municipal waste covered by the contract (in the period of 12 months), according to the Ordering Party's estimate, is about 6 150 Mg, including:
1) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste: 4 100 Mg,
2) segregated waste (separately collected): 2 050 Mg, including:
- plastics, multi-material packaging and metal: 370 Mg,
- glass: 240 Mg,
- waste paper: 317 Mg,
- bulky waste – 250 Mg,
- construction and demolition waste – 100 Mg,
- slags and ashes – 100 Mg,
- electrodemolition — 50 Mg,
- expired medicines — 1 Mg,
- used tires – 20 Mg,
- biodegradable waste – 600 Mg,
- textiles — 1 Mg,
- paints, inks, adhesives, binders – 1 Mg.
The above-mentioned amount of waste is an indicative amount, adopted for the purpose of comparing offers and selecting the most advantageous offer. The Contractor, with whom the Ordering Party signs the contract, is not entitled to a claim for the performance of the service in the above-mentioned amounts.
5. Rules for the receipt of waste fractions collected selectively:
1. The following fractions of waste collected selectively will be collected:
- paper: paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and paperboard packaging waste,
- metal, plastics: metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-plant packaging waste,
- glass: glass waste, including glass packaging waste,
- biowaste,
- slags and ashes - during the heating season at least once a week,
- expired medicines - reception from pharmacies once a month,
- bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment and used tyres – collection at least once a quarter.
