This consultation has been conducted through an open call for tenders procedure pursuant to Articles R2124-2 and R. 2124-2 1°, R 2161-2 to 5 of the French Public Procurement Code. This is a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders without setting a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 160,000 euro(s) excluding tax entered into pursuant to Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2163-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. This contract is not broken down into slices or lots. This contract is reserved in accordance with the provisions of Article L2113-12 of the French Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement is concluded for a maximum initial period of one year from the date of its notification until 31/12/2024. It is expressly renewable 3 times for a period of one year

The purpose of the services is to carry out the various maintenance works of the following green spaces, on the territory of the City of Bassens:- the mowing of lawns in parks, schools and sports fields- the maintenance of playgrounds- the maintenance of shrub surfaces and the trimming of hedges- the manual or mechanical weeding of green spaces- the clearing of wooded areas or fallow land
