In an EU-wide negotiation procedure with a competitive bidding process, the Department of Building Construction is looking for an efficient office for the range of services for open space planning for LPH 1 - 9 for the general renovation of the Hohenstaufen Gymnasium.

The construction project consists of the general renovation of the Hohenstaufen Gymnasium and the construction or .dem dismantling of an interim school on the sports hard court.

The general renovation of the school building is to be carried out in two construction phases as described below:

 Construction phase 1:

General renovation of the main and north wings: planned from September 2024 to July 2025 inclusive

 Construction phase 2:

General renovation of the specialist classroom wing: planned from October 2025 to July 2026 inclusive

 Dismantling of the interim school:

from August 2026. After the dismantling, the hard sports field and the associated outdoor facilities

to renew. The schedule is to be supplemented by the planning office to include the work on the outdoor facilities.

The costs for the general renovation of the grammar school are estimated at € 34.36 million gross (KG 300-700) for the renovation and € 3.8 million gross (KG 300-700) for the required interim school. The eligible costs (KG 500) are estimated at approx. € 1.34 million net.

The assignment should take place in stages.

The outdoor facilities consist of the following sub-areas:

A main entrance (north-west) approx. 600 m²

of which approx. 70 m²

C Inner courtyard approx. 1430 m²
