The subject of this contract is the comprehensive delivery of high-methane gas type E for the needs of the Pińczów Poviat and its organizational units for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference. Order - comprehensive supply of natural gas to facilities listed in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference: The estimated natural gas demand in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021 is 8,482,882 kWh. The costs of using the subject of the order in the abovementioned the period consists of: gas sales fee, subscription fee, fixed distribution fee and variable distribution fee.
The subject of this contract is the comprehensive delivery of high-methane gas type E for the needs of the Pińczów Poviat and its organizational units for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference. Gas supply will be based on a contract containing the provisions of the sales agreement and contract for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (comprehensive agreement) and will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997 (Journal of Laws of 2019 item 755, as amended.), Civil Code and executive regulations issued on their basis.
Powiat Pińczowski and the entities listed in Attachment No. 1 to the Terms of Reference will contain separate agreements resulting from this public procurement procedure under an open tender procedure for the comprehensive delivery of high-methane gas type e for the needs of the Pińczowski Poviat and its organizational units.

- High School them. Hugo Kołłątaj in Pińczów,
- Poviat Center for Culture of Tourism and Recreation in Pińczów,
- Poviat Road Administration in Pińczów,
- Special Education Center in Pińczów,
- Health Care Team in Pińczów,
- Vocational School Complex in Pińczów
As well as their organizational units, which are indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR.
Order - comprehensive delivery of natural gas to facilities listed in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference:
1) Estimated natural gas demand in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021 is 8,482,882 kWh.
The costs of using the subject of the order in the abovementioned the period consists of: gas sales fee, subscription fee, fixed distribution fee and variable distribution fee.
2) The estimated value of the contract in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021 is PLN 1,342,255.02. In the costs incurred in the entire period of using the subject of the contract, any fees for exceeding the contracted capacity, fees for non-compliance by the ordering party to the limitations introduced by the Distribution System Operator, and other additional fees set in the Distribution System Operator Tariff, Traffic and Maintenance Instructions were not taken into account Distribution Network, which applies to all Contractors as well as Employers (sellers and recipients), on the terms resulting from the tariff of the Distribution System Operator, the Distribution Network Operation and Maintenance Manual. The ordering party informs that the process of changing the seller takes place once again. Detailed information is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.
