Procedure opened above the threshold pursuant to art. 71 D. Lgs. nr. 36/2023, for the conclusion of a framework agreement, lasting 36 months with a single economic operator pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 for the assignment of the service of non-programmable maintenance interventions of networks and plants, water, sewerage and purification – availability and emergency intervention in the Municipalities of Fano, Mondolfo and Monteporzio

The contract is configured as a Framework Agreement to be concluded with a single economic operator and has as its object the works, supplies and administrations necessary to carry out and completely complete the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance works on the plants and on the distribution network of aqueduct, sewerage and purification managed by ASET S.p.A., relating to extensions or redevelopment of the networks, the execution of the user derivation systems on the aqueduct and sewerage network, the construction of ancillary building works, and the performance of the on-call and emergency intervention service on the water and sewerage networks for a total duration of the contract of 3 (three) years. The contract for the works in question falls within the scope of the special sectors.

The execution of the service takes place in the places indicated by ASET SPA in accordance with the provisions of the Special Specifications to which reference should be made.
