The procurement is for the delivery of software for office suite and a case management system as network cloud services (SaaS).
The current system is based on applications installed centrally at the operations supplier. Applications are only available on Citrix. All the servers are owned and run by the operations supplier. All the applications are standardised on a Microsoft platform with the exception of the pdf tool and case management system (Acos web case).

This is to be sent via the communication module in the Mercell portal. You will then be sent the documents via the communication module.
The Discrimination Committee would like to establish a new IT operations contract. The aim is that the contract will come into force in Q1 2019. The contract will be valid for 4 years, with an automatic extension for 1 year at a time until notice is given by one of the parties. (ref SSA-D). The contract has no end date, but the Discrimination Committee is obliged to hold a new competition when the market and competition considerations require one.
The Government Procurement Centre is covered by a joint framework agreement for PC clients for all government entities. This contract is valid from 16.11.2018 for 2 years, with an option for 1+1 year. The tenderer must provide the required assistance to implement to PC equipment and clients that come via the joint DIFI initiated contracts. The system must support all relevant manufacturers of clients that are delivered through the mentioned Framework Agreement.

Deliveries that will be included in this contract are:
— access to applications,
— user support services,
— operation of servers,
— operation of applications.
— operation of the communication system between the Contracting Authority and the supplier.
The operations environment must be located in the tenderer's premises.
