1.The subject of the contract is: improving the investment attractiveness of the City of Suwałki through the construction and reconstruction of streets in the southern industrial zone of the city.

2.The contract is divided into two tasks:

Task 1 – Construction and reconstruction of the road system of the municipal road W. Polskiego II street and the provincial road No. 662/formerly DK8/ together with the necessary infrastructure, in accordance with Appendix No. 3.1. "Description of the subject of the contract" and the Functional and Utility Program.

Task 2 – Extension and reconstruction of the municipal road – W. Polskiego II /10409B/ Street together with the necessary infrastructure, in accordance with Annex 3.2 "Description of the subject of the contract" and the Functional and Utility Program.

3. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract include the "Description of the subject of the contract", the Functional and Utility Program, technical documentation, bills of quantities and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works.

Task 1 – Construction and reconstruction of the road system of the municipal road W. Polskiego II street and the provincial road No. 662/formerly DK8/ together with the necessary infrastructure, in accordance with Appendix No. 3.1. "Description of the subject of the contract" and the Functional and Utility Program. 2.At the stage of the tender procedure, the Contractor of task 1 will obligatorily attach to the bid the preliminary schedule of the Task in accordance with Appendix 2.1, taking into account the conditions for financing the task from the program (Polish Order) – under pain of rejection of the offer. The initial schedule will be finalized with the Ordering Party before signing the contract and will ultimately constitute an attachment to it. 3.Project co-financed by the Government Polish Governance Fund: Strategic Investment Program, hereinafter referred to as "Polish Governance".

4.The contracting authority shall cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance part of the contract are not granted to it.5.Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract include the "Description of the subject of the contract", the Functional and Utility Program, technical documentation, bills of quantities and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works. 6.Bills of quantities are only auxiliary documents that the Contractor may use, but there is no such obligation.7.The Contractor will be obliged to possibly (if necessary) make the construction site available to network operators carrying out works.8. The contractor to whom the contract will be awarded shall submit a detailed cost estimate on the day of signing the contract at the latest. The detailed cost estimate will be an auxiliary material of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority enabling: determining the type and quantity of works performed and received. 9.The Contracting Authority requires employment on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor or subcontractor of persons performing the following activities: earthworks, setting concrete edging, setting concrete curbs, preparing the surface of the riverbed, preparing the aggregate foundation, laying the surface of concrete blocks and asphalt concrete mass.
