BUas intends to conclude an agreement for the supply of books and subscriptions, including the associated services. The tender is divided into two lots:

- lot 1: delivery of books including associated services,

- lot 2: provision of subscriptions including associated services.

The volume in 2019 was roughly EUR 78,000 including VAT, divided over 1,267 orders or 2,067 copies. About 42% of the copies concerned Dutch-language publications and about 58% of the copies concerned foreign-language publications. The value of Dutch-language expenditure was approximately EUR 33,000 and the value of foreign-language expenditure was approximately EUR 45,000.

The size in 2019 was roughly EUR 79,000 including VAT, divided over 224 subscriptions, both in paper form and increasingly in digital form (this lot does not involve database licenses). About 55% of the subscriptions were Dutch-language subscriptions, 45% foreign-language mainly English.
