In accordance with the terms and conditions of these special specifications, the tenderer undertakes, vis-à-vis the contracting authority, to issue electronic meal vouchers intended for IRISteam and CIRB staff as well as to provide the services and related services. In addition, the tenderer undertakes vis-à-vis the contracting authority to provide ancillary services such as the establishment of a helpdesk, automatic alerts allowing to become aware of the loading of new meal vouchers, the setting available to workers in a secure personal web space and a mobile application that also allows them to find out about the upcoming expiration of meal vouchers. The tenderer will take care to complete Annex Three, attached to this special specification, in order to allow the contracting authority to assess concretely how the additional services will be provided without this constituting an award criterion. It is also specified to the tenderers that the services appearing in appendix three form an integral part of the object of the contract and must imperatively be provided by the tenderer under penalty of nullity of its offer.

It is also specified to the tenderers that the services appearing in appendix three form an integral part of the object of the contract and must imperatively be provided by the tenderer under penalty of nullity of its offer.
