The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and conservation, seed and selection, Tourist development, harvesting and plucking of timber to be carried out on the territory of Forest District Woziwoda in the year 2022 - for part of Package No. 6 Forestry Wilcze Doły and Komorza.

The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and conservation, seed and selection, tourism development, harvesting and lumber spills resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ

The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and conservation,

seed and selection, tourist development, harvesting and plucking of timber from Annex No 3 to

SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

The quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract shall specify:
