The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services in the area of operation of ZKKM in Chrzanów on bus lines No. P, 17a (32a), 17b, 29 (33), according to timetables with parameters given in point 2.3 SWZ.

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services on 4 bus lines.

I. Bus line number P relation:

(Płaza Kościele) - (Piła) - (Os. ZWM) Chrzanów Trzebińska - (Trzebinia PKP),

II. Bus line number 17a (including part of the tasks on line 32a) route:

Chrzanów Temporary Station (Kard. Wyszyńskiego) - Kościelec - Płaza Dolna I (loop), Chrzanów Dworzec Tymczasowy (cardinal. Wyszyńskiego) - Pogorzyce – Płaza Dolna I (loop)

III. Bus line number 17b relation:

Chrzanów Temporary Station (Kard. Wyszyńskiego) - Kościelec - Płaza - Pogorzyce - Chrzanów Dworzec Tymczasowy (Kard. Wyszyńskiego),

IV.Bus line number 29:

Chrzanów Dworzec ZKKM - Balin - (Okradziejówka) - Balin - Chrzanów Dworzec ZKKM

In total, the planned transport performance on all lines covered by the contract over a period of 33 months is 740 091 vehicle-kilometres.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the transport performance under the conditions described in points 2.5 -2.9 of the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority requires, during the performance of the contract, employment on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor or Subcontractor of repair shop mechanics, i.e. persons performing activities consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (i.e. Dz.U. 2022. item 1510 with later dates. Amended) in the amount necessary to maintain proper technical efficiency of buses.
