The Contracting Authority shall contract and the Contractor shall accept for the performance of waste management service code 20 02 01 — biodegradable waste collected on the premises of establishments/installations managed by the Contracting Authority in an estimated amount of 5,000 Mg/5 months.

The order was divided into the following tasks:

— Task No 1 — 1 000 Mg/5 mies. ,

— Task No 2 — 750 Mg/5 mies. ,

— Task 3 — 1 500 Mg/5 mies. ,

— task number 4 — 1 500 Mg/5 mies. ,

— task number 5 — 250 Mg/5 mies.

A detailed description of the item of the order is described in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

Dyls

1. The Contracting Authority shall, and the Contractor shall accept for the performance of waste management service code 20 02 01 — biodegradable waste collected on the premises of the establishments/installations managed by the Contracting Authority.

2. The waste subject to the contract will be developed on the premises of the plant designated by the Contractor in accordance with the applicable law and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Law on 14 December 2012 on Waste.

Task No 1: Dylan 200 Mg/month.

3. Due to the difficult quantity of waste to transfer, the estimated quantity referred to in paragraph 3 of this paragraph may change. Accordingly, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to limit this quantity by a maximum of 50%. The reduction in the amount of waste in this respect will not make any claims on the part of the Contractor in relation to the Contracting Authority, in particular the payment of remuneration for the unrealized part of the contract and the payment of compensation in connection with the reduction of the estimated quantity. No annex is required in the present situation. The Contracting Authority shall guarantee the Contractor a minimum of 50% of the estimated quantities of waste for collection during the duration of the contract.

4. The transfer of waste shall be carried out on the basis of the arrangements of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor. Parties to the agreement shall authorize the implementation of applications by e-mail, fax, or telephone. The transfer notice shall include information on the intended installation to which the waste is entered, the place of business No (MPD), the name, the BDO No and the transporter's data, the date of transfer, the vehicle registration number and the name of the driver or, possibly, other data, necessary for the proper maintenance of waste records, including the issuance and confirmation of waste transfer cards in the BDO system.

5. The Contractor should be able to accept and use waste from the Contracting Authority in the quantities referred to in this paragraph (3).

6. Waste subject to this Agreement shall be delivered to the Contractor's establishment by means of transport of the Contracting Authority or its subcontractors. The list of carriers to be extended by the Contracting Authority will be forwarded to the Contractor within 2 days from the date of signing the contract.

7. The Contracting Authority shall ensure that the cargo is adequately secured during transport. The Contracting Authority undertakes to transport waste to its destination without causing road safety or exceeding the permitted weight of vehicles.
