The subject of this procurement procedure is to establish a Framework Agreement containing contractual conditions for the fulfillment of individual partial contracts for the provision of consulting services. The Framework Agreement will be concluded with a maximum of six (6) participants. The contracting authority will order performance based on the framework agreement, in the manner specified therein, always at the time and to the extent of its current need. The contracting authority is not obliged to draw performance from the framework agreement.
Services will be provided in the following areas:
- management consulting; strategic consulting; support for the management of the contracting authority in creating the strategic agenda of the contracting authority; support in managing selected teams and projects; support in implementing the strategic agenda of the contracting authority; consulting on the integration of activities of individual organizations within the sector of the contracting authority;
- provision of benchmarks, case studies and examples of best practices; analytical support in solving specific tasks;
- preparation of project documentation, its updates and revisions;
- business analysis and business architecture of newly prepared or modified information systems;
- consulting in the area of redesigning individual processes executed by the contracting authority and their optimization;
- support for the development strategy of individual agenda systems and the information concept of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs;
- communication with relevant departments of the contracting authority regarding their requirements for the development of IT systems and transformation into a structured form of business assignments;
- support for implementation teams in carrying out assignments; and
- support for the testing team in preparing test scenarios and test data.
