The objective of this procurement procedure is to establish a framework service contract for the execution of construction and refurbishment works in and around the premises of EMSA in Lisbon.

EMSA intends to establish a framework contract through which it can request the execution of numerous types of services that are found necessary to be performed in its premises as the buildings are naturally depleted by time and permanent use.
