The tenderer will be requested to submit rates for electrical testing and major works for Wrekin Housing Trust properties across Shropshire and Staffordshire. Major works are classified as rewires, electrical upgrades and installation of hard-wired smoke alarms. Over the duration of the contract there may be a requirement for electrical testing in commercial properties as well as domestic and this will be reflected in the contract documents.
