In the course of the flood event on 14/15 July 2021 in Sinzig, many objects and areas were destroyed, which now have to be rebuilt. The Realschule is divided into 3 building parts: Building E – New Building, Component B1 – Old Building and Component B2 – Toilet Facility. An overview plan is contained in the preliminary remark to the tender documents. The basement and ground floor are particularly affected by the reconstruction.

Construction of a new PV system according to the specifications. Regarding the execution time: The provision of services must begin as soon as possible after the contract has been awarded, as the work must be coordinated with that of the electrician. The latter has already started to provide its services. A start of execution is to be dispensed with. The time of completion is important. The completion of the service must take place by 30.05.2024. The work can be started at will and in consultation with the planner.

In connection with the construction project, the following lots were tendered and awarded separately last year: Lot 1 Construction Cleaning, Lot 2 Flooring Work, Lot 3 Façade Work, Lot 4 Tile Work, Lot 5 Painting Work, Lot 6 Metal Construction Work, Lot 7 Plaster Work, Lot 8 Shell and Masonry Work, Lot 9 Carpentry Work, Lot 10 Drywall Work, Lot 11 Toilet Partitions, Lot 13 HLS, Lot 14 Electrical Work. The local tender corresponds to the former tender "Lot 12 PV system", which is hereby put out to tender again.
