Nordværk I/S (hereinafter "the Client") hereby offers a framework agreement for the purchase of technical advice and assistance in connection with the Client's activities.
The framework agreement has a term of 4 years with the possibility of extension by the Ordering entity 2 times of 2 years at a time, so that the framework agreement can have a duration of up to 8 years.
The framework agreement has an estimated value of DKK 40,000,000 excl. VAT, cf. clause II.2.6), and a maximum value of DKK 50,000,000 excl. VAT. However, the contracting entity shall be entitled to extend the financial framework of the framework agreement by 20 % if, after four years, the Purchaser's consumption on the framework agreement exceeds 60 % of the maximum value of the framework agreement.
The framework agreement is not exclusive. The contracting entity is thus entitled to engage third parties for specific tasks. Furthermore, the contracting entity is not obliged to purchase services from the consultant and the consultant is therefore not guaranteed any minimum turnover under the framework agreement.

The tendered framework agreement shall include ad hoc technical advice and assistance on an ongoing basis in the Contracting Entity's areas of operation, which shall include the following
• Operation of energy plants - incineration of waste for the production of heat and electricity
• Operation of landfill facilities
• Operation of hazardous waste reception centre
• Operation of recycling facilities
• Operation of recycling centers
• Operation of ground depot
• Operation of scheme for electronic waste
• Operation of transport and logistics
• Operation of thrift store in Hjørring
It is the Client's expectation that the majority of technical advice and assistance will fall within the Client's supply activities.
The technical advice generally includes services in accordance with the Danish Association of Architectural Firms and FRI's service descriptions (Service description: Building and Landscape 2018, Service description: Construction 2019 and Service description: Client consultancy 2019) and later versions thereof, including – but not limited to – the following services:
• Concept paper
• Building program
• Projekteringsledelse
• Dispositionsforslag
•Project
• Authorization
• Udførelsesprojekt
• Byggeledelse
• Driftssupport
• Specialist services in connection with operation and maintenance
• Fagtilsyn
• Projektopfølgning
• Risk factors and finances
• Feasibility studies and planning, etc.
• Arbejdsmiljøkoordinering
• Advice in connection with the design of tenders and contracting
• General client consultancy
