Tender information:

First Ark Group is tendering for a framework of 3 contractors to provide maintenance and repair services for communal doors and door entry systems across multiple locations within the Merseyside area.

Services initially required under this framework are expected to be for around 450 low rise blocks of flats, 7 Mid Rise blocks of flats, 5 Maisonettes and 12 Multi Storey blocks of flats that all have communal door entry systems and security doors. The door entry systems are a mixture of Broadway, Comsec, Telguard, Videx, SRS. The doors are a mixture of GRP wooden security doors with suited cylinder locks and Aluminium Powder Coated doors with Mag Locks that are fob operated.

The framework is to start 1.1.2015.
