Procurement of laboratory diagnostic materials and other supplementary materials (controls, calibrators, washing and system solutions, other consumables, etc.) for a period of 60 months in six sub-offer areas, including the rental of necessary devices, their maintenance, training for handling the devices, online integration of devices provided for use with the contracting authority's IT system, and comprehensive service provision with 24/7 availability for devices deployed under the contract. Vanillylmandelic acid (VMA) in urine, Total quantity: 100 tests/year, of which base quantity 70 tests/year, optional quantity 30 tests/year 2. 5-HIAA quantitative determination, Total quantity: 30 tests/year, of which base quantity 21 tests/year, optional quantity 9 tests/year. Providing other supplementary materials (controls, calibrators, washing and system solutions, other consumables, etc.) necessary for conducting the tests is the responsibility of the bidder, and the costs must be included in the bid price. The contracting authority is obliged to place orders for the annual base quantities specified in the call for proposals, while the fulfillment of additional optional quantities will depend on the discretion of the contracting authority's unilateral declaration addressed to the winning bidder, given the unpredictability of patient traffic during inpatient care, outpatient care, and primary care activities.
