The subject of this above-threshold mixed contract for the supply of goods and provision of services is the delivery, installation, and implementation (including modifications according to the internal processes of the contracting authority) of the certified electronic information system of public administration Electronic Registry (hereinafter referred to as the "system"), to ensure complete management of paper and electronic documents with the aim of using ICT means to fully cover the processes from the receipt of submissions, their registration to the archiving of files and document flow. The subject of the contract also includes the provision of technical support services for the operation, maintenance, and development of the system to ensure its proper operability and adjustments of functionalities to ensure interoperability with all information systems with which the system will be integrated for a minimum period of 5 years.
