Description:
The project aims to implement electronic services for the Municipal Company in Siemiatycze, focusing on the development of an electronic customer service office and a geoportal to enhance the management of water consumption and sewage services.

1. The subject of the contract is financed from the European Funds Program for Podlaskie 2021-2027, Priority I. Research and innovation, Action 1.2 Development through digitalization.
2. The order includes the implementation of e-Services for customers of the Municipal Company Ltd. in Siemiatycze. The procedure encompasses the development of electronic citizen service systems and systems supporting the operation of PK in Siemiatycze based on the electronic Customer Service Office (eBOK) and geoportal (GIS WWW).
3. The implementation of e-services involves the realization of tasks:
1) Delivery of eBOK licenses;
2) Delivery of mBOK application licenses;
3) Delivery of management panel licenses for notifications;
4) Delivery of geographic information system licenses (GIS WWW);
5) Service of installation, testing, and launch of eBOK and mBOK software;
6) Service of integration of eBOK and mBOK with the stationary water meter reading system (REST API or equivalent);
7) Staff training service.
4. The goal of the implementation is to launch the electronic customer service office (eBOK and mBOK). The result will be a responsive website designed for PC and a version of the application for mobile devices. The order will also include training for the management staff and employees of the Ordering Party regarding the implementation of teleinformatics tools in the IT architecture of the Company, competences, and practical skills in using these tools for business purposes, including customer service for eBOK and mBOK, as well as information security, that is the ability to effectively prevent and respond to incidents in the area of cybersecurity. The aim of the project is to digitize the process of servicing residents of Siemiatycze regarding the recording of water consumption and charging for water consumption and municipal sewage disposal.
5. A description of the subject of the contract together with the determination of the minimum requirements is presented in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (SOPZ).
