3.1. The subject of the contract includes the delivery and installation along with the commissioning of RES installations:
a) photovoltaic panels for facilities located in the municipality - number of installations 160 pcs., with a total power of 1134.9 kW
b) installation of 1 photovoltaic installation at BUP - with a power of 39.6 kW
c) installation of 8 hybrid inverters for BUP
d) energy storage for photovoltaic installations in the amount of 160 pcs for facilities located in the municipality and a capacity of 1184 kWh
e) energy storage for photovoltaic installations in the amount of 9 pcs for BUP with a minimum capacity of 185 kWh
3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Functional-Utility Program, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
3.3. The delivery includes brand new and unused equipment. The contractor will ensure, at the price of the offer, collection, training, and instruction for users.
3.4. The contracting authority requires a 10-year warranty on the mounting structure for photovoltaic modules.
3.5. The contractor should anticipate and price in their offer that approximately 10% of the installations will be mounted on the ground.
3.6. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial offers (the contract is not divided into parts due to the fact that the subject of the contract constitutes an inseparable whole and cannot be divided into parts for technical and functional reasons).
3.7. By the term delivery of equipment, it is understood as delivering at their own cost and risk the subject of the order required by the contracting authority, its installation in the location indicated by the user along with the commissioning of all devices, checking their correct operation and assigning them the proper configuration, as well as providing user training.
3.8. The subject of the order also includes preparing design documentation on ecological paper (i.e., paper produced from recycled paper – recycling, natural gray-beige color, unbleached, certified for example by EU Ecolabel or equivalent. The contractor will be obliged to present, at the request of the contracting authority, proof confirming that the paper used is ecological).
3.9. The construction equipment used to implement the project must have the necessary technical inspections. Delivery vehicles used to carry out the order must be powered/charged from RES sources. The contracting authority allows vehicles such as: BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle), PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle), FCEV (Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle), EREV (Extended Range Electric Vehicle).
3.10. The delivery of the subject of the order is co-financed under the project: “Construction of RES installations along with energy storage” from EU funds under the Regional Program European Funds for Łódź Region 2021-2027.
