Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy invites candidates interested in the procurement to submit an application for participation in the dynamic procurement system for the procurement of filters for ventilation equipment to be established.
The dynamic procurement system is two-phased. In the first phase, the dynamic procurement system is established, and in the second phase, the filters for ventilation equipment included in the dynamic procurement system will be procured through internal competitions, such as electronic auctions.
Bidding competitions will be organized approximately twice a year. The criteria for the overall economic advantage of the procurement carried out within the dynamic procurement system will be defined more specifically in the procurement request related to the procurement.
All candidates meeting the eligibility requirements can join the dynamic procurement system throughout its duration and all candidates accepted into the procurement system can submit bids for the competitions.
NOTE! Registration in the system does not bind the candidate nor obligate them to participate in the actual competitions. However, joining is a prerequisite for participating in the competitions. Additionally, the fulfillment of the suitability requirements specified in the procurement documents is required.
