Seeking a sole supplier for a Framework Agreement to supply potable water, wastewater, and ancillary services primarily for higher and further education sectors, facilitating direct delivery to end customers.
Framework Agreement for Water, Wastewater and Ancillary Services. The Energy Consortium (TEC) is looking for a sole supplier to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the supply of potable water, wastewater services and related ancillary services primarily for use in the higher and further education sector. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of both TEC and Other Contracting Authorities by establishing an agreement where the end customer will have a supply agreement with the Supplier and the Supplier will deliver direct to the end customer.
