1. The contracting authority plans to acquire the Unified Electronic Ticket and Passenger Information System Development, Technical Equipment Purchase and Maintenance Services. The requirements for the procurement object are set out in Annex 2 “Technical Specification” of the Special Procurement Conditions. 2. The procurement object includes: a) technical equipment for the Unified Electronic Ticket and Passenger Information System and its installation in buses of municipalities in the Alytus region, i.e., cash register on-board computers, validators, ticket control devices for controllers, etc. according to the quantities and parameters specified in Annex 2 “Technical Specification” of the Special Procurement Conditions; b) development and implementation services of the Unified Electronic Ticket and Passenger Information System according to requirement 13 and other points listed in Annex 2 “Technical Specification” of the Special Procurement Conditions: - Supplementing the existing Electronic Ticket System of the Druskininkai municipality administration with the new functionalities specified in requirement 13 of the technical specification, i.e., only the implementation of additional functionality; - In the case of other municipalities in the Alytus region – the creation and implementation of the entire Unified Electronic Ticket System (with additional functionality); c) maintenance services of the implemented Unified Electronic Ticket and Passenger Information System - servicing, repair, and supervision in municipalities of the Alytus region for 72 months after the system’s implementation, with Druskininkai municipality only receiving support for the installed additional functionalities, while other municipalities in the Alytus region will receive support services for the entire implemented Unified Electronic Ticket System.
