The subject of the contract is the procurement of new applications and technological means that will improve the management and functionality of the urban environment. The strategic goal of the proposed action is the comprehensive digital transformation of the Municipality of Hersonissos. In particular, within the framework of actions and applications for the digital transformation of the Municipality of Hersonissos, the following will be implemented:

Section 2: Smart energy management systems for municipal and school buildings
Section 3: Smart municipal guide with documentation of local businesses
Section 4: Management system for municipal cemeteries and digitization of files

Section 6: Central unified platform for managing and collecting data on the digital transformation actions of local authorities
Offers are submitted separately for each section of this notice, and it is allowed to submit an offer for more than one or for all Sections. The maximum number of sections that can be assigned to one bidder is set at six (6).

SECTION 1
Procurement and installation of smart pedestrian crossings and accessible for people with disabilities.
The proposed system will ensure the safe passage of pedestrians and persons with disabilities through the automatic detection of the presence of pedestrians and automatic light signaling of the crossing where feasible. The proposed system is planned to be implemented at fifteen (15) crossings.

Smart energy management systems for municipal and school buildings.
This action concerns the procurement of an integrated energy consumption management system for public infrastructure and buildings. The proposed project includes the installation of the system in five (5) buildings of the Municipality, including schools and municipal service buildings.

Smart municipal guide with documentation of local businesses.
This platform is intended to create a central point of information and communication for local businesses with the Municipality, where the status of the businesses will be recorded in the Municipality's services, while the businesses present their products and services either briefly or in detail with periodic updates.

System for managing municipal cemeteries and digitization of files.
The proposed system aims for interoperability and digitization of the operations of the competent municipal cemetery management service. The goal is to increase the effectiveness of this service and improve citizen service.

Platform for managing kindergartens, informing parents via smart application, etc.
The proposed application concerns a platform where residents will submit requests for monitoring the Fees of Residents, tracking the Attendance of Employees and Children, etc. The system will have the ability to manage different Structures, such as Nursery Schools, Creative Employment Centers, etc.

Central unified platform for managing and collecting data on the digital transformation actions of local authorities.
This action involves the development of an integrated platform for managing and collecting data on all data of the modern city. Data collection and analysis will take place with the purpose of deriving knowledge for combined decision-making based on governance indicators. The platform will collect data and manage functions from individual smart applications and will provide services to citizens, businesses, and municipal officials.
