The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a project management contract (within the meaning of Book IV of the French Public Procurement Code) for the development of a high-end restaurant, within a building known as the "Maison Varaigne" in the commune of Châteauroux (former mansion), in the heart of the Balsan Park. The building, with a total floor area of approximately 870 square meters (basement and R+2) is currently being rehabilitated for enclosure and cover. The project ultimately aims to install a high-end restaurant on the ground floor, a lounge bar and bistro area on R+1 and housing on R+2. The entire program (2 volumes) is available on the buyer profile. The financial envelope dedicated to interior design work is currently set at 1,930,000 euros (excluding VAT).
