1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations and biomass boilers in the municipality of Uścimów. The contract is carried out as part of the project “Investment of the RES in Uścimów Municipality” co-financed by the EU under the Regional Operational Programme of the Lublin Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020 Priority axis 4 Environmental Friendly Energy Action 4.1. Support the use of RES.

2. The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 91 of the Pzp Act allows the submission of partial tenders, broken down into two parts of the contract:

1) Part 1 — delivery and installation of photovoltaic cells;

2) Part 2 — Delivery and installation of biomass boilers;

The subject of Part 1 of the order is the delivery and installation of sets of photovoltaic installations within the municipality of Uścimów, including, inter alia:

1) delivery and installation of 22 pcs of solar installations with a power of min. 3.1 kW, in 22 indicated locations, including 14 installations mounted on a residential building, 4 installations mounted on the farm building, 4 installations mounted on the ground,

2) delivery and installation of 14 pcs of photovoltaic installations with a capacity of min. 4.34 kW, in 14 indicated locations, including 8 installations mounted on a residential building, 6 installations mounted on the farm building,

3) delivery and installation of 27 pcs of photovoltaic installations with a capacity of min. 4.96 kW, in 27 indicated locations, including 13 installations mounted on a residential building, 8 installations mounted on the farm building, 6 installations mounted on the ground,

4) installation made on the basis of modules photovoltaic monocrystalline panels with a power of min. 380 Wp,

5) assembly of support structures of photovoltaic modules,

6) installation of photovoltaic panels on the structure,

7) installation of wiring of electrical wiring between the modules and the inverter,

8) execution of the main installation to connect the inverter to the main switchboard of the building

9) Installation of RDC circuit switchgear,

10) assembly of the inverter,

11) installation of RAC switchgear switchgear circuits,

12) performance of anti-shock protection,

13) performance of surge protection,

14) test, measurement, adjustment and technological start-up of the installation,

15) execution of abbreviated as-built documentation for each project participant and complete as-built documentation for the Ordering Party (approvals, warranties, operating instructions, executive projects, a set of electrical measurements, a set of documents for changing the meter, documentation received from Ordering Party with corrections applied in red),

16) connection to the network PGE Distribucja S.A. together with the preparation of a set of documents and notification of installation,

17) training Users in the proper operation of the completed installations,

18. drawing up service instructions containing the necessary information on how to proceed in the event of unexpected errors in the installation,

19) programming and commissioning of the installation,

20) supplement possible cavities of walls, ceilings, sealing of roofing material after conducting passages,

21) other elements included in Annex 8a to the SWZ (design documentation) and the contract model annex 7a to the SWZ).

The subject of part 2 of the order is the delivery and installation of biomass boilers in the territory of Uścimów Municipality, including inter alia:

1) delivery and installation of 6 pieces of biomass boilers with a power of 20 kW, assembly for 6

location,

2) disassembly of the old boiler and elements of the installation, which will be replaced (forwarding to the owner),

3) installation of boiler, fittings and equipment, thermal insulation of pipelines according to the technical documentation, applicable legal conditions, technical construction,

4) installation of the control system,

5) installation of a suppress with a clasp and attachment of the boiler to the existing flue duct of the chimney,

6) connection of the boiler to the existing installation c.o., z.w., c.w.u. within the room where the boiler was installed to the extent necessary for the proper operation of the installation in automatic mode according to the technical documentation,

7) manufacture of rinsing, pressure tests of the installation, filling, venting and commissioning of the installation,

8) to provide instructions and train the User in the correct and safe operation of the installation and its maintenance,

9) replenishment, sealing cavities after the passages of the ducts,

10) commissioning and participating in the technical reception of the installation,

11) before the installation of the boiler, it is advisable to establish the installation conditions in the indicated location min. under the account of the location of the pellet tray and other relevant installation parameters

12) transfer to the Ordering Authority a protocol for the reception of the boiler room, training and transfer of documentation confirmed by the User,

13) other elements included in Annex No 8b to the SWZ (design documentation) and the contract model annex 7b to the SWZ.
