The object of the procurement is the procurement of additional manageable capacity in Hiiumaa as a flexibility service

[generation and/or consumption control (0.2-1.2MW) and electricity storage (0.2-3.2MW)], which ensures that the voltage in the 35kV network remains within acceptable limits.

Provision of flexibility service through production and/or consumption management (0.2-1.2MW).

Provision of flexibility service through electricity storage (0.2-3.2MW).
