This consultation concerns the supply and routing of electricity supplying various Delivery Points (PDL) spread over the territory of the Vesoul agglomeration community and associated services (blue tariffs). This framework agreement is in the form of an order group made up of the following members: the Agglomeration Community of Vesoul (CAV), the municipalities of Vaivre-et-Montoille, Pusey and Andelarrot. The CAV is the coordinator of the group. This open call for tenders is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The services are divided into two lots:

- lot 1: supply and transmission of electricity and associated services for sites located in the ERDF distribution zone at blue tariffs;

- lot 2: supply and transmission of electricity and associated services for sites located in the SICAE distribution zone at blue tariffs.
