The authority requires a Development / Valuation Surveyor to take the lead in preparation of development viability studies, provide advice in connection with the most economically advantageous manner in which to develop the land to maximise the return for the University of Surrey, soft market testing for possible tenderers as Development Partners, lead and manage the tender process for the appointment of a Development Partner, advise on the structure of the Development Agreement, provision of ongoing support and the provision of other general development advice.
