Framework agreement for services and electromechanical equipment. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option to extend for up to 3 x 2 years. The contracting authority plans to use the framework agreement for:

— engineering design services for and the construction of new self-owned transformer stations,

— modifications and upgrades of existing transformer stations,

— delivery of various electromechanical equipment and various types of services/advice connected to such equipment.

The scope of the work in the framework agreement will consist of six different types of assignments/tasks:

A) (Preliminary) engineering design services for development and modification projects — transformer stations.

B) Detailed engineering design services, delivery, and assembly of electromechanical equipment in development and modification projects (primarily transformer stations).

C) Service and maintenance of electromechanical equipment delivered for development and modification projects or otherwise by the tenderer.

D) Minor deliveries of electromechanical equipment, with and without assembly.

E) Other physical work connected to electromechanical equipment.

F) Other consultancy services.
