The reason for the procedure is the renovation of the two-group kindergarten "Alte Gerbe" (Donaustraße 7) as well as the addition of another group within the existing listed building in rooms not previously used by the kindergarten. In addition to the expansion of the kindergarten operation, the sanitary facilities in need of renovation and the inadequate fire protection are the reason for the project. In addition, the outdoor facilities on the building in particular are to be redesigned.

The purpose of the procedure is the awarding of planning services in accordance with HOAI (§34 buildings, § 39 outdoor facilities) for the renovation, modernization and expansion of the existing kindergarten "Alte Gerbe" as well as the redesign of the outdoor facilities. The subject of the procedure is the development of proposed solutions for building and open space planning for the city of Geisingen.
