The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and conservation, protection of the forest fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber and by-use and tourism to be carried out in the Suwałki Forest District in 2022.

The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and conservation, protection of the forest fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber and tourism to be carried out in the Suwałki Forest District in 2022.

The scope of the object of the contract shall include the total quantities of work resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which shall consist of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

The Contracting Authority requires a defect of PLN 2,000.00. The vadium shall be lodged before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with the rules described in point 11 of SWZ.

The security for due performance of the contract shall be 2% of the total price resulting from the part of the contract (the Package in question), in accordance with the rules described in paragraph 20 of SWZ.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in point 7 of Article 214 (1) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract. These orders will consist of repetition of services

similar to the services which are the subject of this contract, the scope in kind of services which are the subject of the procurement shall not exceed 100% of the value of this contract, in accordance with the

described in point 5 of SWZ. The scope of the procurement services will be covered by work in the fields of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber covering activities

indicated in generic Annex 3 to SWZ, which are due to plans for the forest device in force in the administrative area of Suwałki Forest District.
