Description of the contract

The assignment concerns the rental of payment terminals and cash register systems with accessories as well as the associated need for card acquiring. The purchase of certain accessories is also included in the assignment.

The assignment includes assisting with suggestions for suitable equipment based on the needs of each sales outlet, delivering and installing the equipment and training the staff who will handle the equipment. The assignment also includes implementation of the equipment as well as service and warranty during the rental period.

Framework agreements will be signed with one (1) supplier provided that the Municipality receives at least that number of suitable and acceptable tenders.
