Project management mission comprising a basic rehabilitation mission, additional diagnostic and CSSI missions and a specific post-reception monitoring mission. The work is on a seven-storey building from the early 1960s. The objective is to densify the occupation of the city, to improve the energy performance of the building as well as the quality of use for agents and the public. The administrative city is located within a perimeter of protection of registered or classified historical monuments.

The mission includes the production of the necessary documents in order to obtain the necessary administrative authorizations. The diagnostic mission notably includes a thermal and environmental study enabling the project manager to define the thermal and environmental performance commitments to be achieved through the work. The mission of OPC will be distinct from this market. The specific post-reception monitoring mission aims to monitor and adjust technical installations and analyze and optimize energy consumption during a period of perfect completion extended to 18 months.
