The procurement concerns framework agreements for competence development initiatives in the ESF-co-financed project KOD (competence development and digital working methods), with the aim of developing the skills of employees in public administrations.

The public sector is undergoing an extensive digital journey of change where both central and business-specific flows and processes need to be redesigned and created based on the new conditions. Existing business systems are in great need of renewal and development has been ongoing in recent years. In order to keep up with the pace at which this is happening, work needs to be done to safely and efficiently introduce the new IT systems and the processes and working methods that come out of this. In this project, we want to carry out educational initiatives, adapted to schools, health and social care needs and the professions in both school, health and social care as the digital change journey affects many functions and roles in these activities. There are many challenges along the way that will need to be addressed but there will also be many opportunities.

This procurement has a more specific focus on training mainly in existing IT systems, programs at the project's participating administrations even if other programs or systems that are new to the respective administration may occur.

The project has the following objectives:

The expected results of the projects should contribute to:

that more individuals have skills that meet the needs of the labour market and have better conditions to handle change.

that organizations offer skills development to more individuals to strengthen the organization and the individual in the labor market.

that more organisations have knowledge that enables everyone to participate in working life, that reduces discrimination in the labour market and/or leads to breaking a gender-segregated labour market.
