1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive cleaning service at the Contracting Authority's headquarters and field units in Poznań, on a total internal area of 3,469 m2 and on external areas belonging to the property with a total area of 675 m2. The Ordering Party divides the contract into 5 parts:

Part I – Company's registered office (57 Matejki Street)

Part II – POK 2 (Piastowskie 77)

Part III – POK 3 (23 Lutego 4/6A Street)

Part IV – POK 4 (26 Łozowa Street)

Lot V – 20A Ognik St.

Provision of a comprehensive cleaning service at the Ordering Party's headquarters in Poznań at 57 Matejki Street (5-storey building – ground floor, I, II, III and IV floors and attic) on a total internal area of 2,548 m2 and an external area of 470 m2.

Provision of a comprehensive cleaning service in the Ordering Party's field unit at the Piastowskie 77 housing estate (Customer Service Point No. 2 – first floor) on a total internal area of 228 m2 and an external area of 6 m2.

Provision of a comprehensive cleaning service in the Contracting Authority's field unit at 23 Lutego 4/6A Street (ground floor) on a total internal area of 196 m2 and an external area of 32 m2.

Provision of a comprehensive cleaning service in the Ordering Party's field unit at 26 Łozowa Street (Customer Service Point No. 4 – ground floor) on a total internal area of 150 m2 and an external area of 21 m2.

Provision of a comprehensive cleaning service in the Ordering Party's field unit at 20A Ognik Street (ground floor) on a total internal area of 347 m2 and an external area of 145 m2.
