Delivery in 2024 of uniforms and equipment items - winter boots

The subject of the contract is the delivery in 2024 of items of uniforms and equipment - winter boots. The subject of the contract was divided into three tasks.

Under the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to deliver the above-mentioned PUiW to the places indicated by the Contracting Authority.

The subject of the contract must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the Military Technical and Technological Documentation (WDTT): WDTT 933A / MON.

The objects of the order will be subject to quality supervision carried out by RPW in accordance with AQAP 2110 edition D version 1.

DEADLINE:

The contract may be signed after 01.01.2024

Task No. 1 and 2

a) The Contractor is obliged to perform the basic contract within 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, or by 30 November 2024, whichever expires earlier.

b) If the Contracting Authority exercises the option right, the Contractor is obliged to perform the contract covered by the option right

within 120 days from the date of informing the Contractor by the Contracting entity about the activation of the option right or by 30 November 2024 – whichever expires earlier.

Task No. 3

a) The Contractor is obliged to perform the basic contract within 150 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, or by 30 November 2024, whichever expires earlier.

b) If the Contracting Authority exercises the option right, the Contractor is obliged to perform the contract covered by the option right within 120 days from the date of informing the Contractor by the Contracting entity about the activation of the option right or by 30 November 2024 – whichever expires earlier.
