It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public order code. The multi-beneficiary framework agreement without minimum or maximum is made in application of articles L. 2125-1-1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the public order code each lot will be awarded to a maximum of five holders (subject to a sufficient number of offers).
