The order was divided into two parts. The subject of the Order in the scope of Part I is the provision of maintenance services and the purchase of additional ArcGIS licenses. The subject of the Part II Contract is consulting and development support for ArcGIS software.
Detailed information on the subject of the contract is contained in the documentation of the procedure (Specification of the terms of the contract – "SWZ" and annexes to the SWZ, including model contracts), available on the website of the Contracting Authority https://zamowienia.psgaz.pl/, public procedure No. 2022/W001/WP-003576.
The subject of the contract must meet the requirements specified in the SWZ.
Purchase of licenses and maintenance servicesPurchase of technical assistance and maintenance services for a period of 24 months for arcGIS licenses held by the Ordering Party for the Software indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the model Agreement constituting Annex 2A to swz in Table 1.
Purchase of ArcGIS software indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the model Agreement constituting Appendix No. 2A to swz in Table 2, together with appropriate licenses entitling to use this Software and providing Maintenance of the Software for a period of 24 months.
The Contractor shall provide Maintenance with the Software for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from 01.01.2023, to 31.12.2024. The Contractor shall provide the Software together with the Licenses within 3 working days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement and will provide Maintenance for this Software, which will be provided in the period from 01.01.2023 (or from the date of delivery of the Software, if it takes place after 01.01.2023) to 31.12.2024.
For the purposes of evaluating offers in Criterion C – Price, the Ordering Party assumes that the provision of Maintenance services will cover a full 24-month period.
ArcGIS supportPurchase consulting and development support for ArcGIS in the amount of 3 packages of 320 man-hours (a total of 960 man-hours). The services will be performed by IT specialists with the required experience and qualifications, in accordance with the roles/categories and requirements set out in Annex 1 to the model Agreement constituting Annex 2B to the SWZ.
The Contractor undertakes to implement the Subject of the Agreement within the scope of part II of the contract within 24 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, except that:
- delivery of the I Work-Hour Package as part of the Service will take place within 7 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement,
- delivery of the II Work-Hour Package as part of the Service will take place within 7 days from the date of sending by the Ordering Party Coordinator information about the exhaustion of the hours available in Package I, but not later than 12 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
- delivery of the III Package of working hours as part of the Service will take place within 7 days from the date of sending by the Ordering Party Coordinator information about the exhaustion of the hours available in packages I and II, but not later than 18 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
Man-hours purchased as part of individual Packages will be available for use by the Ordering Party from the date of their delivery to the date of validity of the Agreement.
