1.The subject of the contract is the supply of road salt, in accordance with the Detailed Technical Specification for the supply of road salt (NaCl) to combat winter slipperiness on the surfaces of provincial roads, administered by ZDW in Lublin.

2. Required chemical and grain composition for DR road salt:

(a) chemical composition:

- sodium chloride NaCl - ≥ 97%;

- H20 - ≤ 3,0%

- potassium ferrocyanide - ≥ 10mg/kg

- CaCl2 (78%) - > 0,30%

- insoluble parts

in water - < 2.0%

(b) grain composition:

- ziarna >6.3m - < 10%

- ziarna < 1mm - < 60%

in the remaining range of parameters specified in the PN-86/C-84081/02:1998 Salt (Sodium chloride) standard.

3. The subject of the contract has been described in the manner specified in Article 101(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Law. Zamaw. allows solutions equivalent to those described provided that the Wyk. proves in the tender, in particular by means of the means of proof referred to in Articles 104 to 107, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements set out in the OPZ to an equivalent degree

Task 1 – delivery of road salt to the WFD in Biała Podlaska: Łuków Road Circuit 200 Mg

Task 2 – delivery of road salt to RDW in Chełm - Chełm Road Circuit - 200 Mg

Task 3 – delivery of road salt to the WFD in Lublin from / s in Bychawa, including:

Bychawa Road Circuit - 50 Mg, Krzczonów Road Circuit -100 Mg, Bełżyce Road Circuit - 250 Mg

Task 4 – delivery of road salt to the WFD in Włodawa : Dobropol Road Circuit - 750 Mg

Task 5 – delivery of road salt to the WFD in Zamość, including:

Biłgoraj Road Circuit - 50 Mg, Józefów Road Circuit - 200 Mg, Zamość Road Circuit - 50 Mg
