Hordaland County and Sogn og Fjordane County shall merge to Vestland County from 1.1.2020. A Framework Agreement for profiling articles for the new County shall be entered. The Framework Agreement shall also include the National Digital Learning Arena (NDLA), the light rail AS, the light rail development department and Skyss. These enterprises have their own logos and the articles must be delivered with the individual enterprise's logo.
