The object of the order is the collection and management through the process of processing and recovery of waste code 191212 - Other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 of the Municipal Installation in Stardom, gm. Famously in the amount of about 10000 Mg broken down by or interchangeably:
a. 9 000 Mg — waste from mechanical sorting of unsegregated municipal waste, code 200301, so-called 'oversite' fraction, more than 80 mm.
b. 1 000 Mg — waste from mechanical sorting of selectively collected waste.
The waste has a solid form. Waste transferred for development will be transported by the Contractor at his expense.
Waste code 19 12 12 can be contaminated with other waste such as sand, fine glass, plastic, etc. and waste inclusions in unburst bags.

Pollution:
as precipitation/impurities, biodegradable fractions, glass, metal parts, mineral waste, including construction substances and hazardous waste shall be established.
2. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to amend the amount of waste specified in point 1.1. The amount of waste may decrease or increase as appropriate to the needs of the Ordering Party. Changing the amount of waste shall change the final salary of the Contractor. Not fulfilling the entire scope of the contract may not bear on the Contractor's side in relation to any claims made by the Contracting Authority.
3. Waste collection will take place on working days from 7:00 to 15:00. Place of loading waste - Installation Komunalna in Stardom, gm. Sławno.
4. The Receiver should be able to receive a minimum of 20 Mg of waste per day from the Ordering Party on working days from 7:00 to 15:00.
5. Waste transferred for development will be transported by the Contractor at his expense. The settlement of waste shall be based on the evidence of weighing from a legalised freight weight indicated by the Contracting Authority:
a. located in the Municipal Installation in Stardowie, gm. Sławno
or substitutably
b., located in Sławno at 53 Chełmoński Street
6. Waste transferred for development will be transported by the Contractor at his expense. The Contractor will be required to receive a minimum of 20 Mg of waste per day from the Ordering Party, on working days from 7:00 to 15:00, these are the hours of operation of the Municipal Installation in the Star. In exceptional situations justified by circumstances, the collection of waste outside the above time frame shall be permitted, after the prior determination of the time of receipt with the Contracting Authority's representative. In case of preparation by the Municipal Installation in Star more than described above, the amount of waste the Company will inform the Consignee of this, in advance, at least 1 day indicating the amount of waste. In such a situation, the Consignee shall take the receipt in accordance with the tender, constituting Annex No 1.
7. Receipt of waste will be confirmed by waste transfer cards.
8. At the time of transfer of waste by the Contracting Contractor on the basis of the transfer cards, the Contractor shall assume responsibility for the waste seized, for the due handling of it and for the consequences thereof.
9. In order to adequately prepare the offer, prospective Contractors shall be obliged to familiarize themselves with the purpose of assessing by the Contractors, on their own responsibility, costs and risks, any data which may be necessary for the preparation of the offer and the signing of the resulting contract.
10. Contractors to whom the contract will be awarded are required to read the health and safety rules applicable on the facility before proceeding with the service.
11. The load of waste shall be carried out with the equipment of the Ordering Party and the Contractor shall be obliged to provide a container or other equipment adapted for the transport of the waste type in question for the duration of loading. This cost should be included in the offer.
