Seniorenzentrum Dr. Ernst Schwering Köln- Sülz (total area 4,534.96 m²) and Städt. Seniorenzentrum Köln- Buchforst (total area 2,825.21 m²). Average total daily area to be cleaned approx. 3,129 m².
