1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive system for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Kaczanów, in accordance with the requirements of Annex 12 to the SWZ – detailed description of the subject of the contract.
2. The subject of the contract must meet the following requirements:
1) meet all the characteristics specified in Annex 12 to the tender specifications,
2) be new and comply with applicable standards,
3) have a set of technical and operational documentation,
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive system for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Kaczanów, in accordance with the requirements of Annex 12 to the SWZ – detailed description of the subject of the contract.
2. The subject of the contract must meet the following requirements:
1) meet all the characteristics specified in Annex 12 to the tender specifications,
2) be new and comply with applicable standards,
3) have a set of technical and operational documentation,
3. The car delivered by the Contractor must meet all the requirements set out in Polish law and standards, in particular:
1) the "Road Traffic Law" Act (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 450, as amended), together with the implementing provisions to the Act,
2) the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure the principles of public safety or to protect health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the admission of these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended),
3) the Regulation of the Ministers of the Interior and Administration, National Defence, Finance and Justice of 22 March 2019 on special vehicles and vehicles used for special purposes of the Police, Internal Security Agency, Foreign Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, State Protection Service, National Revenue Administration, Prison Service and fire brigade (Journal of Laws of 2019, pos. 594).
4) standards: PN-EN 1846-1 and PN-EN 1846-2 for the middle class M and category 2 - off-road.
5) the vehicle must have a valid certificate of admission to use in fire protection in the Polish issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products to ensure public safety or to protect health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the admission of these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 143, item 1002, as amended). Certificate of approval delivered at the latest on the day of pick-up of the car.
6) the vehicle must be marked with the operational numbers of the State Fire Service in accordance with the Ordinance No. 3 of the Chief Commander of the State Fire Service of March 9, 2021 on transport management in organizational units of the State Fire Service. In addition, the contractor will place the operating numbers and logo of the co-financing project on the vehicle. Specimens of numbers and logos to be placed on the vehicle will be provided by the ordering party after signing the contract. In addition, the Contractor marks the back of the body (without blinds) with yellow (RAL 1026) and red (RAL 3000), alternating stripes according to the "herringbone" pattern, reflective tape of the "honeycomb" type (details to be agreed at the production stage).
